Keeley Shoup is the CEO and co-owner of Cuddlist, and has worked as a Consent & Boundaries Educator and Somatic Integration Specialist since 2015. She's spent thousands of session hours helping clients — many of them men navigating touch deprivation, isolation, and the stigma around asking for platonic connection — safely meet their need for human touch. Keeley is a frequent voice on the intersection of mental and physical health, and is passionate about helping people build healthier relationships with touch, boundaries, and their own needs.
